Our customer had a timber conservatory in dark brown that was tired looking, cold and leaking! She definitely wanted to replace it, but with what? We suggested it was removed and a new structure erected on the existing base in aluminium to match her existing windows, i.e. black and white! Simple! The job was completed in one week. Our customer is over the moon as she now has a room she can use all year round and it looks pretty smart too!
Are you considering a conservatory to add much needed space to your home? Maybe you need some space to entertain, eat or just chill out? Not sure if you require planning permission or not? Your first port of call should be your Local Authority Planning Portal. The Planning Portal offers a simple mini-guide to what is deemed permitted development. For example, here is the link to the Waverley Planning Portal “Guide to Planning Permission” to get you started.
If you require planning permission, don’t panic! We will help you through the whole process from the design, submitting the planning application and of course the build!
Our lovely customer, Mrs Lewis, invited our family to join her and friends for supper in her new conservatory we built for her. What a wonderful evening it was eating delicious food under the stars and enjoying a firework display in the warmth and comfort of her new conservatory!
Just had to share this recent customer testimonial with you.
It is always a small leap of faith when you contract any company to carry out a project for you when you don’t know them and haven’t any previous experience of their work or standards. Having picked The Milford Window Company number from a range of local businesses I was firstly impressed by their website information, the customer testimonials and transparency of their terms and conditions. I was further reassured when speaking to them by their straightforward approach, their willingness to offer inspections of previous work and the advice and practical help I received when planning a new conservatory.
I am now in a position to comment on whether my faith and trust was rewarded and I can categorically say yes on all accounts. My conservatory has been built to the highest standards, it was value for money, the job ran to schedule, the tradesmen were polite, tidy and on time and minor issues were resolved quickly and thoroughly.
Would I use them again, yes; would I recommend them to others, definitely.
Mr Johnson, Guildford.
